Where Do You Want Tmeet.me?

tmeet.me logo

The awesomesauce Startup Mentor Sudha Jamthe (@sujamthe) tipped me off with a recent Twitter app developed with Tim Burks (@timburks). Their app is cleverly named Tmeet.me (@tmeet).  We’re loving the name! It’s a twitter location app with a very unique and useful spin.

Using Tmeet.me is easy and quick. Head to tmeet.me and enter a specific location (address), add a message or choose from one of tmeet.me’s templates and off your location update goes. Sounds pretty fast and simple, right? It is!

You already have plenty of services out there for sending your location to Twitter and Tmeet.me meets those needs too. However, the best thing about Tmeet.me is that it’s a great app for getting the word out about tweetups or events on the fly.  You can even send DM’s with a map to a secret meetup or event.

Here’s a tool that can provide Twitter followers with on the fly maps and location details for events. No fuss, no fancy stuff, just what I was looking for. Tmeet.me.

  1. I found a new use case to let people know from my local DMV that there was no lines so people didn’t have to signup for appointments and one of my friends used the tweet and went to dmv right away.

So tmeet when u are in the post office or disneyland or a parking lot to share where the crowds are so it helps fellow twitter peeps
