Twittereader: Google Reader, But For Twitter

If you’re a fan of the UI of popular RSS reader Google Reader, then you’re going to love .

Taking a page from Google Reader, Twittereader brings you the best of Google Reader’s UI for easy “tweet reading”. You can add (read: subscribe) usernames in left sidebar for instant access to your favorite tweeters. However, unlike other Twitter clients there are no tabs for replies, DMs, or favorites.

You are left with the options to reply, favorite (star), retweet, and grab the unique link  by clicking on the tweet in the stream.
