Twitter images – the ultimate collection of backgrounds and themes?

Twitter-Images started following me on Twitter, which usually means now that I haven’t listed them in the catalog yet :-).  So I went and took a look and I liked the site layout.  It just might well be the best laid out site and collection so far.  Everything is categorized down the left side and they automate as much as they can.

The themes and images on these pages are free for use as twitter backgrounds.
Click on a thumbnail of the background you would like to get and then download the file to your hard drive or use an auto install feature which will post the selected background to your twitter profile

I downloaded a few of them and they were all good quality content.  I counted well over 150 listed and they provide screenshots of each one which is incredibly helpful.  The manual process shows the colors to set your profile too as well as link and sidebar colors for best on screen presentation.  They also give links to related designs you might like.  There was only one thing missing that I wanted for some reason, and that was just a simple, non-categorized and alphabetical listing for browsing.  Almost like an iTunes cover flow view.  I ask this since if they had the listing, I could use CoolIris to see all the pictures in a wall format for simplicity!

Now here is something big.  You can even utilize their online editor tool to add your own picture and name to the background.  For their marketing you can leave the checkboxes to include a tweet that you changed your background with their service.  Why not leave it for them to get them some press.
