Tweetelity will scan the list of those you follow, and if they do not follow you back it will unfollow them and even send them an alert saying so. There is nothing else on the site that tells you:
- how they authenticate
- if it performs the service as soon as you authenticate
- if you can make certain people “sticky” and not remove them
- what the alert will be to the users
- can you modify the alert
- etc..
So this goes under use at your own risk until we get more info.
