TwitCharts uses the API to help you build Google Charts and then sends a bit.ly link out as a tweet for you pointing back to the chart itself. Just enter the numbers and what you wish to show and off the site goes.
It was a clean UI, very simple to use but did require your Twitter username and password. The recently charted shows along the right side by the Twitter id of the creator with a brief description.

This is a pretty nice addon. It didn’t make me send my password as you describe (maybe they changed this?) which was sweet.
