TwitVid is a new .io (get it? TwitVidio) domain that has a clean interface that takes TwitPic to the next step. You are able to email in a video, upload from your computer or soon even webcam a video and then tweet it out. A great way to share quick videos. I see this in the same form as what Qik does. The latest videos and buzz are shown on the welcome page for quick browsing.
You log in with your Twitter username and password (not OAuth yet) and you are ready to go. You can select your video to upload and post away. To be able to email videos in there is an extra step by clicking on settings in the uper right and entering the email you will post from. It the sends a verification email to that address. Once confirmed you are ready to go. This mean as long as you can send as that email you could send video tweets from mutliple devices.
Notice there is no content filter or video type classification so you never know what video might be right there on the screen waiting for you.
