Flirt140 allows you to use the twitterverse (where you live anyway) to meet and find new people.
You can search by gender and zipcode to look for cuties near you.
They have a simple drop down menu for sorting on the right and it finds the state you are in when you first hit the site to help speed you along. You need to log into Twitter using OAuth to show who and where you are, it then does the rest.
