FileSocial is a no brainer for people wanting to share files and only use Twitter. Or better yet have a file to share with thousands. You select the file, it uploads and a tweet gets sent after you enter your username and password.
REMEMBER: It seems all of these files are public once you use the service as you can see the files previously sent through the system. So use at your own risk..
