Twuulu takes a simple RSS feed from Hulu of your recently viewed videos and sends them as tweets to Twitter. While I think the idea is sound, be careful how much info you are sending out via tweets. While new blog postings, links and others are cool, every minutia of your day could get overwhelming for some.
You only provide Twuulu your Twitter login and your Hulu name. It does the rest once you enable the pull and tweets. There is nothing more to configure and I am guessing since you do not provide Hulu authentication information your recently viewed stream must be public also on Hulu.
Oh and one more thing I just noticed. There is no log out button inside of Twuulu, I would suggest closing that browser window since you can send any tweet from their interface, not just a happy message you are using the service itself.
