Twitoria is much like MyCleener that we just listed yesterday. You simply enter your Twitter username and set a filter level of friends last tweets. You can list those that have not tweeted anywhere from a week to a year.

I don’t mind keeping inactive people but I hate keeping people who are not following me or people who spam tweets. It’s better to unfollow them who are not following you or do tweetspam.
