Tweeght seems to have started as a place to tweet very thoughtful 140 character posts. From what I see now it is a place to fit in the best 140 character quotes from people. I saw everyone from Albert Einstein to Kanye West.
They have no sign-up for their site and love hashtags. Not a huge tool, but just another site.
