I ran across iTweet from @LittleLaura on Twitter and liked their simplicity combined with features. They do not store your username and password for Twitter. They just expose everything via the API and wrap a nice clean interface around it. It reminds you of the Twitter interface itself with some added benefits:
# Built-in auto-refresh, search and hashtags
# Full follow, block, notifications features
# View user bio, location, URL inline with tweets
# Watch conversations with “in reply to” links
Twitter search is on the right side of the interface, the default colors were eye pleasing, clicking a persons picture dropped down their information that would be shown on their Twitter page, it also underlines hashtags for you and makes them clickable and then searches.
The one issue I did find was that while typing in tweets, it sometimes had a lag while it caught up. NOt a big deal, just bothersome when you type fast and want to send quick.
