This site is mainly in Japenese but the instructions are being shown in English also. Simply enter your Twitter name and it builds a view that floats your followers. When you hover you get the description of the person and their recent tweet. One cool item was that it does note if they are a friend to you or not also.
I thought I could click and drag the users around, but no. So it randomly places them on the page. Just a cool toy to look at once, but long term usage wouldn’t be there.
I did get a strange error at one point that translated roughly into Twitter is acting funny and it has too many hands. We will just let it go at that.

No, that was the catch. It just did a graphical display.
I don’t see the point. Is there anything determining the position of the avatar, such as how popular they are?
