We do tools that enhance or add to Twitter. This is a great GreaseMonkey script from InternetDucttTape that pulls your subscriptions into FriendFeed so you can better follow threads that occur in Twitter. It works incredibly well and is being enhanced to have a better GUI. The text shows it uses Google Social Graph

It is a small download and future enhancements are slated to include creating imaginary friends in FriendFeed
